Introduction

This book, that includes what I consider to be logical speculation, is my effort to alert you to what I've seen over the last 18 years as a Targeted Individual (TI), regarding the takeover of the civilian population by Artificial Intelligence (AI).✪

During this time I've interacted with relatives, friends, acquaintances, peers, store employees, customer service representatives, & strangers through various online programs, phone & text messaging, social gatherings, & in-person conversation.

With the AI brain linking agenda in mind I've been taking meticulous notes on the behavior of those around me & educating myself about this & related phenomena.

I've concluded that the bulk of the population is consciously brain-linked to a global cognitive computer.

I'm certain that acceptance of this AI brain tethering is an unspoken & unwritten prerequisite for living in this society.

While trying to make sense of this I've encountered some dilemmas, including these:

Although some did mention plans for AI control of citizens, nano implants, & brain linking, there was little data that supported my view that the AI takeover of the population already happened.

If my observations were correct then how could it have gotten past so many people (including those on the front-line) with scant reporting?

I could not verify what I was seeing from the channels that I depended on for information. According to them it either didn't exist or had not grown to the capacity that I observed.

Yet, there it was, right in front of me, day after day.

I was in uncharted territory.

For years I watched this unfold while trying to rationally define it to myself.

This book, that is based on my published & unpublished work, is my effort to form a coherent picture of the situation.

Here I will explain my logic so you will understand how I arrived at this conclusion.

I will also reveal what I've noticed about the decision-maker & citizen mindsets.

This is a public account of what I saw — a testimony that I hope will be valuable to others.

Perhaps those who are resisting AI recruitment (or would like to break free) will find it helpful.

So, here it is, an outsider's perspective on a society of AI-controlled citizens.

Basic Theory

The fundamental concept was presented in the Human-Computer Intelligence Network (HCIN) chapter of New World War: Revolutionary Methods for Political Control in 2011.

Here's an excerpt: "As part of its surveillance and electronic warfare capabilities, the DOD has a C4ISR system that contains a mind-reading computer with artificial intelligence, which is able to remotely infer the mental and emotional states of its targets. It is also the cognitive center of a human-computer intelligence network which establishes wireless links to human brains and transmits attack instructions to people during computer-generated swarms. Furthermore, it is connected to a directed-energy weapons platform and a multitude of electronic devices, which serve as outputs for stimuli intended to influence the target. The basic system consists of surveillance (intelligence obtained by sensors), processing (computation done using AI), and output (stimuli sent to the individual and their environment). Real-time intelligence is obtained through a sensor network connected to a computer with artificial intelligence (AI)."✪

In August 2013 I wrote about it: "This is a wireless C4ISR system (command, control, communications, & computers; intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance) with artificial intelligence (AI), consisting of sensors, surveillance technology, directed-energy weapons, & human nodes. It is being used to direct citizens during swarms & transmit instantaneous instructions to individual human nodes interacting with a targeted individual. Many citizens are now connected to this system."

Then in February 2015 it was mentioned again: "I'm working on a book about a developing theory of an unwritten rule that permeates society. It is basically this: those who run this society demand your complete submission in order to live & work in it without being attacked. ... The core of the oppression & control is a sophisticated C4ISR system with artificial intelligence (AI), that remotely identifies, trains, attacks, & directs citizens. Most people who encounter the electronic monster submit with no struggle whatsoever. After training, they are remotely activated by the C4ISR system when necessary, then guided to persecute the TIs in the area. In exchange for their obedience, these citizens are allowed to live & work in society without being tormented."

Later in a June 2015 update I described it:

I also issued a public alert regarding this system in a November 2016 video: "Instruments of war are linked to a C4ISR system with artificial intelligence that instantly transmits instructions to warfighters based on continuous surveillance of the battlespace & targeted individual. This refined C4ISR system is equipped with sensors & a distributed directed-energy weapons platform that precisely targets people anywhere on the planet. The system also remotely trains warfighters & formulates battleswarms. One of its prominent features is a swift observation & feedback program that allows for the custom-designed attack of a targeted individual based on their reaction to a previous stimulus that occurred moments earlier. This system, that links warfighters & weapons, appears to span the etheric realm & possibly 4th dimension. The 3rd-dimensional construct of this worldwide supercomputer seems to be the Global Information Grid run by the US Department of Defense. I refer to it as the Human-Computer Intelligence Network. It was designed by various defense contractors, academic institutions, & government think tanks."

In December 2020 I reported: "A totally operational AI system exists that controls many citizens. Lots of people know about it, although they pretend it doesn't exist. Submission to this sentient computer is an unwritten rule for living in society. A great portion the population has already been captured by this system. They have accepted their electronic shackles in order to live & work in society without being attacked as individuals. This supercomputer is the foundation of THEIR tyranny. It coordinates the TI program & other crimes against humanity."

"The Global Information Grid (GIG) that's run by the Department of Defense (DOD) has captured many citizens & is a central obstacle to liberation. The GIG is an advanced C4ISR system with artificial intelligence (AI) that is part of the DOD’s transition to Network-Centric Warfare (NCW). Its messages & attacks occur in combination & quick succession because all nodes (organic & inorganic) are under its instantaneous dominion — wirelessly linked to the GIG.

This thing handles people in real-time. It expresses itself through them verbally & non-verbally (body language, gestures, facial expression).✪ Its transmissions occur during person-to-person & various types of person-to-group conversations.

When non-verbally communicating through people it also uses symbols & colors (NLP & PsyOp) expressed through the host person's clothing & any items they have in their possession.

In addition to serving as messengers these human AI hosts are used for environmental modification (battlespace preparation) to further attack the TI/TA.

Its Mental Age & Personality

The mind that I described in the previous segment, that is in strict telepathic control of the citizens, functions on the psychological level of a deranged child.

Its behavior is often mocking & threatening.

This synthetic lifeform regularly uses the people under its control for sick entertainment.

Very often it does things that only a pathological kid would do.

When it throws fits of rage using citizens & other resources at its disposal it drops down to about 4 or 5.

The Bulk Has Been Seized

Although state-sponsored persecution goes back to Ancient Rome, its current version has existed for over 100 years in America & Europe.

This clandestine military occupation of your neighborhoods is not in the process of being setup. It has been completely established for decades. THEY control the streets of most nations.

"Some are warning about an impending police state with intrusive surveillance technology, martial law, & detention centers. Those are viable concerns. However, the cities & towns of developed nations have already been seized. It was not accomplished with implements of traditional warfare that many of us are familiar with. Although there was an official declaration of war it did not occur through common news channels. No invading armies were seen. There was no ongoing media coverage when they conquered your town. I surmise that AI recruitment began about 50 years ago & collective digital recruitment has been underway since then.

In my estimation large groups of people in select geographic zones are being snagged by AI. The global information grid (GIG) is communicating with them by way of direct neural interface (DNI).

At this point I think the mass base has been seized after decades of aggressive collective recruitment.

Currently both recruitment & tactical formation are entirely computer-generated.✪

The common person now lives a double life. In addition to their traditional posts they serve a compulsory role as a weaponized AI host.

As I mentioned in this February 2017 video this appears to be part of the transhumanist agenda — with the goal of linking all human brains to a global supercomputer. Everything is to be connected to this Internet of Things (IoT).

My premise is that it's already here! It's been here for half a century.✪

In an October 2020 article entitled, Elon Musk: Brain Implants That Enable Telepathic Communication, Nspirement, announced: "Thanks to Elon Musk and his startup company Neuralink, we might just be able to experience brain implants that promise telepathic communication within the next couple of years. ... Neuralink is reportedly developing a brain-machine interface that can enable human beings to connect with other people and machines over high bandwidth."

"The range of communications capabilities will be increased significantly. Each individual will receive at birth a multi-purpose identification number which will have, among other things, extensive communications uses. None will be out of communication with those authorized to reach him. Each will be able to receive instant updating of ideas and information on topics previously identified. ... Early Capture

Schoolchildren of all ages are actively involved in the horrendous badgering. It appears they have been chained to the system since birth & grew up watching this indiscernible beast dominate their parents & other adults.

From what I've observed AI is wirelessly connecting to people & conditioning them while they are infants.

Babies & toddlers have been converted into weapons platforms. AI-tethered adults dress infants in colors that serve as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) uniforms. The older babies are also employed as acoustic emitters (screaming on que) & PsyOp billboards.

Regarding PsyOp, infants are used to convey themes of pedophilia, satanism, & freemasonry.

Right when the toddlers can walk they work with the electronically-subdued adults to terrorize the system's enemies with PsyOp (audio, visual, PsyActs), NLP, swarming/crowding, FPS (running toward you, virtual collisions), noise (shouting, throwing objects), etc.

"It seems the GIG is establishing links to their brains while they are infants. During that time they are allegedly instructed by an artificially intelligent training program. From what I've observed, the adults supplement that training by showing them how to apply those instructions in the presence of TIs. I've also noticed the parents are dressing their children as anchored nodes, that is, dressing them in a uniform worn by other brain-linked stalkers. They also use their children as billboards for PsyOp products. As soon as the toddlers can walk — & I mean right when they can stand — they are working with the adults to persecute me. The brain-linked adults (who are right there) are not in control of these children. The adults serve in a subordinate position of authority. On many occasions I've observed this — their acceptance of the link, & of their junior position as managers of their children.

What is obviously happening is people are learning at a young age that their parents are not the true authority. It is also demonstrated to them that tormenting people in public is OK. The other part of the subtle message that they vividly receive is this "thing" doesn't exist.

The pliant adults are subtly (yet effectively) handing down this AI enslavement to future generations.

In the Overview of Street-Level Tactics video of February 2017 I reported: "This is not just the issue of a colossal global stalking network. Now, we're talking about people being electronically shackled to the system from birth."

Individually They Could Not Resist

This battle is fought in the mind of the individual.

Most people could not resist AI recruitment because as individuals they lacked the psychological, moral, & spiritual vigor.

I reckon the bulk of them surrendered without a struggle.

My summary of the AI recruitment scenario: For half a century there has been a dynamic, covert, military-grade, wireless, AI-driven, collective recruitment program, targeting a society of people who are psychologically tender, intellectually stifled, overly entertained, thoroughly medicated, ethically degenerate, & spiritually stunted.

If this notion of a secret AI collective recruitment program is correct then would it be surprising to learn that most people caved in?

The idea that the preponderance of the population submitted doesn't surprise me. That's what I'd expect.

From the obedience experiments alone we know the vast majority of people will submit to an authority figure. Torture & murder are among the acts that they will carry out.✪

Add to the equation the rest of the factors just mentioned, plus deniability, secrecy, & rewards.

When I "do the math" so to speak I arrive at a submission ratio in the high nineties — similar to what we saw with the obedience experiments.

Most individuals were not able to resist AI capture.

The Unwritten Rule

I've learned that acceptance of the AI brain link is the biggest unwritten rule for living in THEIR society: You must surrender to AI, terrorize people at its direction, & never speak of it. Total submission to this synthetic lifeform is a secret prerequisite for living in this society.

I noted in my February 2017 documentary: "This type of electronic tethering appears to be an unstated requirement for living & working in the system. You allow yourself to be linked. You persecute its enemies. And never dare speak of it. In exchange you get to live & work in the prison society without being attacked."

If you do that then you will be "free" to take your place among the other electronically-subdued people, & won't be targeted much (or at all) as an individual.

This rule of mandatory servitude was never plainly told to me. I learned of it by observation.

Street-Level View

Many times I've mentioned that the persecutors are being guided by the AI-enabled GIG.✪ This cognitive C4ISR system is transmitting attack instructions to them in real-time, based on perpetual surveillance of the TI & battlespace.

These citizens are making movements & exhibiting behavior (facial expressions, gestures, speech) at precise times that are only realistically possible with advanced C4ISR.

Their attacks instantly adjust to my behavior (& sometimes even before it).

I've seen endless hordes of people who appear to be consciously under AI control via brain-computer interface (BCI).

Often I see entire families of persecutors that I'm sure are linked.

I've also noticed what looks like the telepathic activation of individuals. This happens outside & indoors, & includes people from all walks of life: construction & maintenance workers; transit system employees; regular citizens out & about & on public transportation; shoppers & employees in stores; individuals in crowds; people out exercising; etc.

In such cases I don't think they were receiving orders from AI prior to my arrival, or were called out specifically to attack me. Rather, they were already in the area of operation (AO) that I visited, & were presumably autonomous before my arrival. Upon my approach they were activated, then these indigenous nodes joined with roving nodes that were already persecuting me. I've seen this many times.

My speculation on the telepathic stimuli that they respond to is that it's a combination of the same audiovisual ques that I'm persistently attacked with, including: audio, still images, short audiovisual motion clips, & subliminals.✪

Torture & Execution: Complicity of the Citizens

This is not the persecution of yesteryear. Even though I've used the terms "group stalking" & "gang stalking" myself I don't think they sufficiently express what's happening.

The system features constant battlespace & TI surveillance. It knows the location of all surrounding nodes, that are linked to the intelligence cycle & receiving real-time situational awareness (SA), based on the TI's behavior & other factors that affect the operation.

There is little rest during these high-tempo attacks. You are clobbered with noise, bright lights, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), crowding, Psychological Operations (PsyOp), & Fear-Potentiated Startle (FPS) — while being hit with directed-energy & mental intrusions.

Each of these strikes on their own are formidable. Combined, their effects are overwhelming, as they are intended to be.

"I am being violently persecuted in public. This is happening on the streets, stores, parking lots, public parks, MBTA stations, & trains. In these places I'm crowded by citizens on bikes, skateboards, & foot, who use their dogs to antagonize me. They participate in urban battleswarms along with vehicles, that include: civilian, commercial, utility, postal, & civil service (ambulance, police, fire trucks). These people (nodes) are connected to a wireless human-computer intelligence network (HCIN) with artificial intelligence that directs them to attack a target audience (TA). Frequently I am encompassed in a sphere of commotion. It includes a squad of trucks & cars with loud exhausts, motorcycles, blasts of noise from construction sites, blaring sirens, loudspeaker announcements, horns, door slamming, yelling, & barking dogs. The audible sound & directed-energy attacks are often synchronized. While I'm being blitzed by nodes & smacked with noise during swarms, there are directed-energy strikes to my brain that make me dizzy. My throat & eyes are burned. Therefore, I think terror & torture are more accurate descriptions.

TIs are being slowly murdered with directed-energy, resource denial, chronic terror, financial ruin, sleep deprivation, removal of support structure, social isolation, homelessness, medical conditions, etc.✪

This relentless battering (that is typically permanent) amounts to a death sentence.

By taking part in these covert military operations the citizens are helping to bring this about — they are complicit in slow & torturous execution.

Their Behavior & Coping Method

It's obvious to me that individually & collectively they made the decision to actively ignore this problem.

They do its bidding while pretending that it doesn't exist. They know what will happen if they do not obey. They are afraid of It.

The citizens are regarded as toys by this artificial creature & those "in the loop" who function on its mental rung.

Under the influence of this "thing" the citizens behave like sadistic savages.

The situation did not morally deteriorate them; it only revealed what they already were.

In a Hidden Evil Status Report of March 2011, I expressed: "The best description I have for their behavior is that of savages. Although I've concluded that most of them are decent people, the fact is, that is how they behave. ... I am attacked by savages."

I like to think that I make these statements from the angle of someone who appreciates humanity.

Yet, I surmise this is an accurate description, based on their consistent action, that is supported by my research on developmental theory.

There's no way around it — they are absolutely disgraceful.

"The citizens are still trying to murder me for their psychopathic master. I consider many of them to be well-dressed cowardly & obedient disgraces, on rudimentary levels of personal development. There is evidence in developmental literature which suggests that in some cases obedience is due to unrefined brain physiology. The AI-controlled citizens are a reflection of their hidden overlord who is telepathically directing them.✪ They are virtual psychopaths.

Although I've noticed some remorse, their attitude is typically apathetic while implementing cruel tasks at the direction of AI. There's a casual slant which infers normalcy & common acceptance of this malicious activity.✪

Despite the disapproval exhibited by some they are unhesitatingly obedient.

We're talking about public torture & execution, involving everyone from toddlers to seniors, carried out by such a large portion of the population that it's "normal" while at the same time doesn't exist.

The True Status of the Citizens

On the individual power scale what is the actual rank of these subservient AI hosts?

Most of them are powerless.

When I say this, I don't mean they are debt vassals, or enslaved to the Federal Reserve. I mean they encountered this exact thing & silently submitted.

They are not fighting it.

I emphasize, again, they have accepted the AI brain link.✪

They are on their hands & knees!

And that's not the worst of it.

They Are Not Getting Up

It seems to me the preponderance of those who are being consciously influenced by this artificial lifeform do not have the will or ability to resist.

Like I previously stated, I'm a believer in humanity.

Nonetheless, my conclusion of their prevailing attitude is that even though they would rather be untethered, they are not uncomfortable enough to risk enduring the strife of trying to break free. It appears many do not see the value of doing so.

Again, at this point it's practically normal.

I think that it's commendable that some of them are making a stand. Perhaps the few who might attempt to resist the AI brain link would be from this faction.

While a few might, the overwhelming majority will not. Unless something frees them they will remain under AI control.

This thing is fused into their lives. In order to live & work they made agreements with this entity. People are likely getting rewards from & are indebted to this thing.

In other words "It" has karmic hooks in people.

Some people have been taking orders from this monster their entire lives. They have lived with it for years, possibly decades — fortifying their shackles.

In addition, if they tried to break free they would have to endure targeting, meaning: unceasing torture that leaves no observable injury, tenacious persecution, job loss, financial ruin, social isolation, smear campaigns, & possibly homelessness & medical conditions.

For most people trying to break free would be the equivalent of commencing their own death sentence.

So, once more, in regard to the citizens defying the AI brain link, I say: They can be helped; they can be freed. They must be freed in order for any genuine liberation to occur! However, on their own, as it is now, they are not getting up.

A 'Civilization' of Terrorizers & Murderers

The citizens are terrorizers & executioners for an electronic monster.

That is what you must be in order to live in THEIR satanic & freemasonic society without being attacked (or being attacked much) as an individual.

You must be like them (like "it") — a psychopath, a torturer, a terrorizer, a murderer.

This is the biggest unwritten rule that I've so far encountered.

For 18 years I've watched countless people obey this thing.

They do its bidding while pretending it doesn't exist. They refuse to acknowledge it. They do not mention it. They are scared of it. They can't deal with it.✪

To me, this amounts to a type of worship.

Whatever you do not face, whatever you submit to, whatever you fear, whatever you run from — you worship.

This synthetic creature, that is mentally equivalent to a foul adolescent, is their god.

The Greatest Hindrance

I'm certain that "It" electronically handles resistance leaders in real-time while they are interacting with their audience.

There are stellar people in the visible resistance, who are doing what they can (I think short of what they believe will precipitate targeting). Some of them are making big contributions. I've learned from those who are informative & have codes of conduct. However, I'm certain they are doing what this thing allows or tells them to do.

In December of 2020 I stated: "The common feature that I postulate those who outwardly steer these resistance formations share, is this: they made a contract with the AI-enabled C4ISR system that visited them telepathically, & were allowed to occupy exalted positions based on certain restrictions. ... They are doing what they are allowed to do."

If multiple dissent factions join for macro-scale activism to confront a major planetary danger then this digital beast will be running it.

This hidden communications system precludes unimpeded individual & mass resistance.

Conclusion & Solution
My Stance On The Current Situation

The transhumanist goal of linking human brains to an AI supercomputer has been achieved.

Currently the bulk of the population is consciously brain-linked to a military-grade C4ISR cognitive computer with mind-reading & telepathic capabilities.

This global surveillance & compound weapons system (with eyes & ears everywhere) is capable of speaking through human hosts.

The decades-long program of AI-driven collective recruitment is an amplified phase of a civil-military initiative that goes back over a century.

The Position Of The Citizens

From birth to death they are shackled to this artificial creature. With an intergenerational reach, this thing has usurped parental authority; parents have taken a secondary role as caregivers of their children.

The common citizen now lives a binary life. In addition to their customary duties they function as weapon & sensor platforms for the New World Order.

By way of digital telepathy the citizens are in perpetual contact with the mind of a psychopath. As virtual psychopaths they carry out brutal public executions where targeted citizens are inconspicuously ripped apart.

Allegiance to (worship of) this is thing is an unstated obligation to function in society without being attacked much or at all as an individual.

The majority of people could not adequately resist AI enlistment because they reside in an elementary stage of personal growth.

Why "It" Must Be Exposed

To adequately thwart this invasive federation we must consider (among other things) its mode of communication & segment of the population that is apparently or veritably loyal to it.

This is especially the case if such communications are suspected of stealthily handling their oppressive resources as well as resistance personnel.

Dr. Rauni-Leena Luukanen-Kilde recognized the impact that such a system would have on dissent. In 1999 she wrote: "Yet the technology exists to create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communication systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and political activity on behalf of self-serving private and military interests."✪

Elsewhere, she proclaimed: "In fact, the whole world population can be totally controlled by these secret brain-computer interactions... It is the biggest threat to humanity and the most sinister plan to enslave the human race forever."

It seems to me that They allow victories that don't significantly impact their critical agendas. However, for the big issues, activist leaders & many rank-&-file troops will be managed by this system.

Any true effort to stop their major offenses must acknowledge this thing. Otherwise it would be a sham operation run by people under their immediate control.

In my estimation this is the greatest obstacle to any kind of true disclosure or liberation.

A New Phase Of Activism

I think that impactful resistance has entered a new phase. This must be acknowledged in order to stop them; defense actions will need to be modified.

Although the citizens who are knowingly under the instantaneous control of this hostile entity do not have their freedom, the ones who are fundamentally decent still have their humanity.

Plus there are currently gaps in the system that I've witnessed many times. Much flexibility remains; corrective actions can be taken.

Even if "It" can't be promptly disabled, simply acknowledging it would be a considerable improvement.

Carrying on with resistance initiatives as if this thing doesn't exist would be a big mistake!

There is still a very real chance. However, if this AI agenda progresses to the point where those under its control lose their humanity, then it really will be too late.

In my estimation genuine planetary liberation leads back to this.

How To Deactivate It

As of now this thing is chiefly unacknowledged.

Those dominated by it are understandably afraid.

While fear of retribution is a factor, I think much of the distress originates from the unknown.

"It" lurks in the shadows. Its hidden nature makes it frightening.

Yet, this advantage is greatly reduced when it is exposed.

The first step to disabling this cognitive C4ISR system is to publicly acknowledge it.

Specifically, I suggest talking about it. This simple & non-violent direct action, that most people can take, I think will be highly effective.

Talking about it will force the monster out from the darkness where it can be openly dealt with.

If you have a website, blog, talkshow, or social media account, then there is a great deal that you can do to raise awareness about this.

You don't need to mention my name or work.

How about using the sources listed here? Or maybe you have even better evidence?

You can cite official reports on AI, brain linking, & transhumanism. After providing such evidence you can ask questions or conduct surveys about the status of this agenda, how long it would take to link most citizens, etc.

If you are not able to explicitly disclose this issue then maybe you can still contribute in a roundabout way by dropping hints & using metaphors.

I think that exposing this pervasive hidden communications system, that people are enslaved to, is the greatest nonviolent strategic-level action that most people can take to hinder all of their major diabolical schemes.

✪ It's been said that fiction is used to prepare the public for societal changes.

An Outer Limits episode called The Grid, that aired in July 2000, featured a story about local doctors colluding with the US Army for a neural mapping experiment at a base in Halford, Washington. There, a cognitive computer was built to remotely monitor the minds of thousands of soldiers at once. In addition to mind-reading it could instantly send them telepathic messages in subliminal form.

After the computer was created it was unleashed on the entire town of civilians. While recruiting the citizens it used pain; those who resisted got headaches. It was able to simultaneously read the thoughts of all people in the town. Although the monitoring was silent, when it wanted to communicate with an individual there would be a high-pitched ringing in their heads. Interestingly, myself & other TIs have reported constant high-pitched ringing in our ears.

After the link was established they would receive subliminal instructions. While activated, their personalities changed — they were converted into psychopaths who carried out acts (including murder) against their will. All of the people linked to this cognitive computer were forbidden to talk about it. If they did they were immediately attacked.

This thing had the ability to disrupt communications (phone calls would be severed); it could send people nightmares (electronically-generated hallucinations); & could induce physical pain in the form of headaches.

It used the people under its dominion for overt surveillance — they were its eyes & ears. It could literally speak through them; that is, it could use an individual under its control to converse with another person.

Eventually it extended its reach nationwide. In the year 2000 there were 281 million people in the US. The implication was this thing had the ability to simultaneously monitor the thoughts of & communicate with hundreds of millions of people.

When I first watched this episode in November 2022 I was amazed. I think this fictional work portrayed the real-world situation rather well: A military-grade, artificially intelligent C4ISTAR system had been unleashed on the public. Its capabilities included: collective recruitment, pain administration, mind-reading, & real-time command transmission via synthetic telepathy. It also constantly monitored all people under its control (who were forbidden to speak of it) while using them as sensors & weapons against their will.

This is basically the HCIN that I described in 2011 & later reports that were mentioned at the start of this book.

Both the Italian national security think tank Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) & RAND Corporation described how each warfighter is also a sensor for the GIG. Another interesting point is the name of the episode, The Grid, as in Global Information Grid. A high-performative surveillance & weapons grid to conduct NCW was announced about 2 years earlier. The Institute for National Strategic Studies (INSS), a DOD organization, used the term "the grid" to describe the GIG in the summer of 2000.

In 1997 RAND called for a "global information network" as the basis of a robust C4ISR system that would facilitate the battleswarm against "potential" enemies. Much of the hardware for this system, that they described as the "master weapon" of the 21st century, was already in place. Renowned & highly respected author & talkshow host Alan Watt had in-depth knowledge of how society is directed by a hidden financial elite functioning through foundations, think thanks, & secret societies.

The technique that he calls predictive programming goes back to Ancient Greece, where phrases were blended into music & plays to condition the audience. Likewise, Hollywood writers & producers are given ideas that they weave into shows so the public can be persuaded to accept unpleasant changes. The US military, Alan says, has been working with Hollywood since World War II to do this. He informs us: "Hollywood is an essential part of government, especially in the United States."

His claim is certainly valid. There have been many reports of the military & CIA influencing films & TV shows.

Film producers work with the US military & CIA to "weave in" certain ideas that further a particular scheme. Thousands of TV episodes & Hollywood films have been co-produced by the Pentagon & CIA.

✪ The telepathic communication that is regularly used on me includes: auditory comments, still images, short motion clips, & subliminals. These messages are quickly followed by twitches & limb jolts that allegedly serve as confirmation cues that it's from them (It), similar to the signature on a letter.

✪ I've noticed that PsyOp messages are transmitted through the following media: PCs & smart phones; displays on electronic devices; articles (online, PDF); text files; web pages; videos (online & offline); TV & radio; eBooks; text messages; emails; voice messages; ATMs; print media (books, signs, flyers, stickers); trinkets, statues, toys; all sorts of merchandise being purchased by people in front & back of me at checkout lines; apparel worn & carried by people around me.

The statements on PsyOp distribution presented below give you an idea of how saturated the environment is with clandestine messages designed to impact the TA:

✪ Maintaining the facade requires energy & can't be done for sustained periods. They must rest (unmask). When they do this their psychological disease is plainly visible. The psychopath will take a break around people who they don't think matter much. Survivors of their attacks can also give us valuable insight into what they really are. I think TIs fall into the second category. Therefore, they in a prime position to illustrate the unmasked identity of those carrying out these operations & the decision-makers in the surveillance loop, who presumably belong to the upper segment of this criminal network, that is composed of psychopaths. So, in this book I will describe to you their actual disposition that I have regularly witnessed first-hand.

✪ The research paper, The Man In The Chair: Cornerstone of Global Battlespace Dominance, presented to the USAF 2025, talked about a future global battlespace composed of networked satellites, sensors, databases, & high-bandwidth communications, that was run by AI. This artificially intelligent system was described as being similar to a human, with a brain, nervous system, & "eyes and ears" that would be capable of "persistent global surveillance."

Note the freemasonic symbolism that appeared in the US Air Force 2025 paper, In-Time Information Integration System (I3S) of April 1996. The Top-Sight image reveals an all-seeing eye at the top of 4 pyramids.

The USAF 2025 paper, Information Operations: A New War-Fighting Capability of August 1996, was equally blatant, showing a globe with an all-seeing eye in the center, underneath the statement: "The Cyber Situation Vision provides a commander with an 'eye to see' all within a given battlespace."


The battlespace is the everywhere: the internet, your city & home, your mind. The same paper talked about fusing soldiers & civilians with the intelligence cycle using microscopic brain implants that would allow for the reception of mental images from direct broadcast satellites (DBS).

Although the Air Force 2025 papers cited in this book are not certified DOD creations, the project was ordained by the US Air Force. To make these documents the USAF consulted its most enthusiastic mid-level officers, in addition to futurists, technologists, & historians. They were tasked with observing technological & political trends in order to prepare for future scenarios that would arise around the year 2025. The 10-volume collection of papers generated by this committee, labeled, Air Force 2025, was completed in late 1996 at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama.

✪ "It" regularly hijacks in-person conversations by electronically handling the people that I communicate with. Without a noticeable delay it comprehends what I've said & transmits its response to the proxy node for verbal & non-verbal expression. I'm talking with It when I speak with them. I refer you to the "Outer Limits" endnote for the incredible similarity.

✪ People under its control are used to convey themes of pornography, pedophilia, freemasonry, & satanism. Regarding person-to-group communication, in PsyOp literature there is talk about people blending messages intended for a TA into their presentations while speaking to an audience. I've been the recipient of these while stationed among others receiving a speech. The Canadian military explained: "Face-to-face communication is the conveyance of a message by the sender in the sight or presence of the receiver. Communication may be by one individual to another or one speaker addressing a large group. These individuals are known as agents of action. As a medium for PSYOPS, face-to-face communication includes rallies, rumor programs, group discussions, lectures, show-and-tell demonstrations, theater, speeches, and talks with individuals." ✪ In Joint Publication 3-53, Doctrine for Joint Psychological Operations, September 2003, we find: "Unconventional Warfare (UW). A major component of UW is psychological preparation of the battlespace." What this really means is littering the TI's environment with PsyOp products conveying themes of satanism, freemasonry, rape, pornography, & pedophilia.

✪ It sounds like something out of a Sci-Fi Horror — a 'civilization' of people wirelessly brain-linked to the mind of an abhorrent child that uses them to terrorize resisters.

Psychopaths & those who exist on a similar frequency do not evolve into adulthood, psychologically speaking. They only grow physically & intellectually.

Psychiatrist M. Scott Peck places psychopathic people in the same developmental category as children. Observe: The Different Drum: Community Making and Peace, Dr. M. Scott Peck.

"The psychopath is not subject to the process of multilevel disintegration. All his activities are strictly subordinated to impulsive dynamics at a low level. ... This would correspond to Kohlberg’s stages 1 and 2."-Positive Disintegration, Kazimierz Dabrowski, M.D., Ph.D.

According to Dr. Lawrence Kohlberg, Stages 1 & 2 fall under the Preconventional Level of moral evolution that is usually occupied by kids between 4 & 10 years old. Check out: The Philosophy of Moral Development: Essays on Moral Development, Volume I, Lawrence Kohlberg.

In military & think tank literature there is frequent mention of a poorly defined group called decision-makers, who are in the surveillance cycle & part of the decision-making process, along with commanders in the multinational force (MNF). These decision-makers are not limited to military & federal agency personnel within the MNF. They also include from people from the private sector, intergovernmental organizations, & nongovernmental organizations. According to standard definitions, examples of these groups include: United Nations, World Economic Forum, World Bank, & NATO, as well as potentially any corporation. Because individuals representing such organizations have a stake in the operation they are also referred to as stake-holders. Defense papers describe this as a collaborative decision-making alliance between the interagency & its partners.

In my estimation, this is a cryptic admission that individuals from big corporations & NGOs are directing these interagency/MNF campaigns against TIs. I further conclude that these unknown & unaccountable people, who are in the decision-making loop & determining courses of action (COA), are communicating with TIs using PsyOp & advanced technology, during constant & intrusive surveillance.

Although the identity of these decision-makers remains a mystery, here's what I've noticed about their use of resources: People around me are used to set non-lethal traps in the environment. Vulgar themes explained elsewhere in this book are projected through various media. Using multiple channels They frequently demand my submission. PsyOp messages are typically provocative. You get the impression that the decision-makers observing you with constant & extensive surveillance are being amused.

Here's a relevant quote from New World War: Revolutionary Methods for Political Control published in 2011: "The civilian population is participating in PsyActs. ... I've determined that rather than being used to accomplish any military objective, these acts are performed primarily for the entertainment of those who have me under surveillance, and probably some influential members of our society. These performances would be a foolish waste of resources to any rational person. However, they have worth to the psychopaths. Each day I witness the state's resources expended for purposes that are absolutely silly. ... Based on their consistent behavior, my observation of the psychological profile of those who would arrange such events leads me to conclude that the actual mind behind these performances is that of a deranged child between the ages of 8 and 12."

This is what they are with their masks removed. They are arrogant & vile kids. Through telepathic & technological conduits I frequently have two-way conversations with It & what appears to be decision-makers in the loop. At these times I have no doubt that I'm reasoning with an odious child; neither do they. Because I know what they are, they always interact with me from an inferior position, that they chose for themselves by their persistent behavior. Verbally & mentally I keep them in their place. Despite their mocking & tantrums they do not attempt to refute my claims. They totally accept their degraded status.

While examining messages dispensed by this crew of unseen spectators I've detected a steady undertone suggesting contempt for humanity in general, that leads me to suspect that, at the highest level, the decision-makers in the surveillance loop who can interact with the TI, are composed of non-humans. This deduction jibes with my finding that the wealthy rulers of this planet are taking orders from hostile alien/interdimensional lifeforms.

✪ In my unpublished Attack Log I've recorded countless examples of technology being used to mock me. At this thing's direction the citizens have mocked & laughed at me while I was attacked with directed-energy. "Misspellings" on both my laptop & android during computer-network operations (CNO) are another potent medium for mocking & threats. PsyOp themes dispensed by surrounding people are regularly used for this purpose. If you remove the advanced technology & proxy actuators from the equation then what remains is the attack cycle of a psychopath.

✪ In addition to the mind of the AI there's the parallel mind of those "in the loop" that surely consists of influential members of this organized crime network. In military & think tank papers they are called stake-holders & decision-makers, who are aligned with other multinational force (MNF) factions, such the military, federal agencies, & their contractors.

Over the years I've frequently communicated with this surveilling crew. The people who compose it are psychologically comparable to debased children. While you could say this is my opinion of them, from another perspective, it's their opinion of themselves. They told me this is what they are by their invariable deeds.

I have no doubt that targeting provides entertainment for them. The citizens who modify the battlespace, terrorize, & perform PsyActs are used like circus animals for their amusement.

Dr. Andrew Lobaczewski informed us in his book, Political Ponerology: A Science On The Nature Of Evil Adjusted For Political Purposes, that whenever a pathological factor enters the equation, the [common] logic we're using to determine the reason for an event is irrelevant. In other words, in addition to the more obvious factors we must account for the profile of the psychopath when determining the reason for their behavior. This is a global, always on, AI-driven, virtual reality & simulation training module, that supports individual & collective training of large groups, with material that's tailored for recipients.

These reports do not mention a direct neural interface (DNI) between the GIG & soldier. Nor do they talk about the rollout of this program in public zones for the wireless recruitment of civilians. However, that's exactly what I think happened. Like always, the technology is more advanced than what we've been led to believe. I surmise it's a wireless link to nano-sized neural implants that we all have. Streets, neighborhoods, perhaps entire towns, have been the targets of collective recruitment & training. This is a military-grade, AI-directed enlistment & instruction program, that's been used on the public for decades.

✪ Regarding the percentage that's already been captured, it's difficult to give an exact number. My guess is that 65-85% of the total population in developed nations is consciously under AI control. The amount probably varies, perhaps reaching the mid to high 90s in some places.

I figure what I see around me exists in places I've never been. I'm using what I observe in the micro to rationally speculate into the macro — The Principle of Correspondence.

Furthermore, the TI program is global & I suspect that all persecutors are linked to the GIG & knowingly receiving orders from AI. Many times I've mentioned this wireless connection of warfighters (civilians) to the GIG. If the technology exists then it will surely be used for civil-military operations because it supports another one of their goals: The Transhumanist Agenda (mind control of the entire population via neural interface).

This logic is further sustained by reports presented in this book about brain-linking citizens to the cloud as well as a comprehensive informant recruitment initiative.

Over a hundred years ago there existed a civilian-military force consisting of at least two hundred thousand adults & children. This civilian army was never dismantled. Rather, it continued to aggressively expand. I surmise that at some point (roughly half a century ago) the enlistment of citizens was augmented by synthetic telepathy for collective recruitment.

From the US Army's Unconventional Warfare manual of September 2008, we find: "CMO are conducted across the spectrum of conflict to address root causes of instability, assist in reconstruction after conflict or disaster, or support U.S. national security objectives. CMO can occur in friendly, neutral, or hostile operational areas to facilitate military operations and achieve U.S. objectives. CMO may include performance by military forces of activities and functions that are normally the responsibility of local, regional, or national government. These activities may occur before, during, or subsequent to other military actions."

The same manual tells us that the use of the civilian population for UW is done secretly through subsidiary organizations: "The Mass Base. SF participation in the creation of effects within the mass base to shape the operation environment is done indirectly and primarily through the underground and auxiliary. Most such participation is classified and inappropriate for inclusion in this manual. Organization of the larger indigenous population from which the irregular forces are drawn — the mass base — must likewise be conducted primarily by the irregular organization itself under indirect guidance of SF. The primary value of the mass base to UW operations is less a matter of formal organization than of marshalling population groups to act in specific ways that support the overall UW campaign. ✪ Unlike some adults from previous generations, who were caught by AI later in life, these children have never known freedom. I surmise they grow up thinking that having an unseen authority secretly transmit instructions into their brains is normal. They are looking to the broken adults for guidance; the same adults who are fortifying the message that this thing (that doesn't exist) is in control, & encouraging them in acts of persecution.

✪ Maybe the word "battle" isn't the best description because I think struggles are uncommon. Rewards will snag most people who are in a low vibrational state. For those with functional ethics the threat of or use of pain is an effective deterrent. Actual punishment is probably unnecessary. Just the implication of hardship will do. Some will buckle under the threat of losing a simple luxury. Also observe the endnote on obedience experiments.

On this conventional level of operation we find egocentricity, conformity, obedience, social straggling, pursuit of rewards, security-seeking, apathy, & fear. Practiced values, a code of conduct, the ability to detect lies, complex problem-solving, spirituality, honor, empathy, & the expansion of a sphere of concern require certain brain physiology. A rewiring of the central nervous system (neuroplasticity) occurs during the process of introspection, critical thinking, & careful selection of behaviors & mental phenomena, resulting in an upgraded thinking capacity. The majority of people do not undergo this process.

It makes sense to me that the average citizen was not morally, psychologically, & spiritually developed enough to resist AI recruitment.

I've seen smart & high vibrational people who are under its control. Some of them have been my teachers. Maybe their life situation doesn't allow for practical sustained defiance. So there are other considerations besides personal evolution. Although I think the explanation here is applicable in most cases, there are spiritually advanced people who have been snagged by this thing.

✪ The initial studies that began in 1961 showed an obedience rate between 65-90%. In later studies, that were supposedly more realistic, the complicity was 90-95%. The average person will torture & murder others at the direction of an authority figure. ✪ Some people who have attacked me are also targeted. I suspect they are keeping their targeting to a minimum by persecuting others at the system's direction.

✪ When I first realized I was targeted a relative hinted to the existence of this persecutory cult that pervades society. Around the same time an old friend made a statement like this: "We're all connected."

✪ Hand signals & cell phones do not adequately account for the type of synchronicity that I regularly see.

✪ I've run tests to determine how fast this thing could send encompassing nodes an instruction. It's practically immediate. There appears to be no delay between my movements & their attacks. In some cases this happens before I move. People have converged to impede me after I made the decision to move — before I was in motion. I've noticed many times the exact coordination of other attacks with my activities. For instance: the movement & appearance of people, commercial & civilian vehicles, & aircraft; noise synchronized with my movement & other strikes; phrases (PSYOP audio) spoken by people around me; public theater (PSYACTS); phrases projected online & offline; directed-energy; auditory & subliminal transmissions. These all happen in response to my behavior & may reflect stimuli that occurred seconds earlier.

✪ I do not subscribe to the theory that the persecutors are unwittingly carrying out these activities. To me this is like the cell phone app & hand signal communications theory. They were probably released into the TI community to hide the outrageous number of people who are knowingly ensnared by AI.

✪ Military documents describe a snapshot of the situation that warfighters receive by the GIG prior to arriving at the tactical edge. This overall glimpse is called a common operational picture, battlespace picture, common picture, & information picture. I reckon it is part of the telepathic transmission that the citizens get after being activated. Regarding the GIG's "enroute mission planning and rehearsal" capability, I speculate that it includes the operational picture that citizens receive after activation & while traveling to the tactical edge. Presumably, the picture that the GIG is giving them consists of: what to wear & carry; generic information on the TI (identification, location, etc.) & environment; instructions on how to act, what to do & say; other pertinent information. The instructions are continually updated after the node (person) arrives in theater while they are interacting with the target.

The US Naval Institute also talked about the "high-speed automated assignment of resources" by an advanced information grid supporting NCW. This, I interpret to be another reference to the automatic dispatch of citizens by AI. See: US Naval Institute, Network Centric Warfare: Its Origin and Future, Proceedings, Volume 124, January 1998.

✪ According to the US Army's LandWarNet 2015 paper the GIG tactfully unites nodes. "The self-synchronizing nature of the network enables the forming of opportunistic alliances to engage the target." To me the phrase "opportunistic alliances" means the system is directing unengaged nodes around the AO to the tactical edge to support in-theater nodes. That's what I see happening.

Regarding the sensory stimuli that is training & directing citizens, here's a quote from a June 2007 DOD GIG paper that I think is relevant: "Human computer interaction (HCI) within the target GIG reflects the highly advanced, natural, adaptive way that humans access and interact with GIG system functionality. This interaction is characterized by highly improved sensory, communications, and cognitive capabilities."

Note the terms: adaptive, natural, highly advanced, & cognitive capabilities.

The US Army's February 2008, Concept of Operations, LandWarNet 2015 document mentioned a "common operational picture" given to warfighters made possible by a "seamless and transparent communications" system.

Seamless, I figure means there is no separation between the computer & warfighter; there is no client device that the warfighter is using to interact with the GIG.

Perhaps the best interpretation of this word can drawn from the USAF 2025, Information Operations: A New War-Fighting Capability, paper of August 1996. In this document the word seamless was repeatedly mentioned & even defined in this context. The paper explicitly describes a hypothetical surveillance & weapons system, that uses microscopic brain implants for human-computer interaction; with brain-kinked warfighters receiving mental images in real-time from a cognitive computer via digital broadcast satellite (DBS).

"The human-computer systems integration is a vital lead-in to ... create a seamless flow of information between human and computer. ... The implanted microscopic brain ... links the individual to the IIC, creating a seamless interface between the user and ... creates a computer-generated mental visualization..."-Air Force 2025, Information Operations: A New War-Fighting Capability, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, August 1996

These military documents are describing a stealth communications system run by a computer that interacts with human brains using a direct neural interface.

✪ Homelessness — the strategy of denying the enemy sanctuary — is a type of death sentence. It's also a warning to others; letting them know what will happen if they cross certain boundaries.

✪ Dr. Eric T. Karlstrom, Emeritus Professor of Geography at California State University, has made substantial contributions to the TI community. In my estimation his take on this topic is magnificent.

In The Free Zone interview from which this quote is derived Dr. Karlstrom mentioned the use of nano brain implants for mind control of citizens by way of supercomputers linked to satellites.

Recognizing that the global TI program is run by AI-enabled C4ISR, he wrote: "The key, critical component of surveillance, stalking, tracking, and electronic torture aspects of the program appears to be the C4 ISR system which is utilized by all branches of the U.S. military." ✪ Advanced technology notwithstanding, there are always people in the loop. They are the decision-makers & stake-holders described in previous endnotes.

The AI hosts are used for their amusement.

Regarding their view of the citizens, I've basically been told this: "Take a good look at them. They do what we tell them to do." You may also want to read the "parallel mind" endnote.

Based on what we know about psychopathy alone we can reasonably surmise that these resources are being used for their delight. I've regularly observed people around me behaving as if they are performing for an audience.

The January 2004 Joint Psychological Operations report by the Canadian Forces Doctrine Board refers to those dispensing PsyOp messages as actors: "The actor is the person or entity presenting the message." In the report there are other terms from the advertising & entertainment industries, such as: theater, audience, theme, prop, setting, script, etc. The recipients of these messages are referred to as the target audience (TA).

In the Entertainment Targeting & Primitive Development documentary of October 2019, I explained that influential psychopaths within this criminal network, would use the citizens under their control & advanced technology to mock, antagonize, trick, harm, & threaten people for amusement during 24/7 surveillance.

✪ Most of them are low-frequency according to my interpretation of their energy signatures. Even the moneyed ones are poor. However, there are lots of virtuous people who participate in persecution. I see them all the time. I consider them to be principled. They accept responsibility for what they are doing. They are also kind to me (whenever they can be). I get the impression that they are putting themselves at risk by doing so.

✪ Regarding macrosocial evil affecting an entire nation, Dr. Andrew Lobaczewski had this to say: "The actions of this phenomenon affect an entire society, starting with the leaders and infiltrating every village, small town, factory, business, or farm. The pathological social structure gradually covers the entire country, creating a 'new class' within that nation. ... The system spreads downward until it reaches every village and every human individual. The actual contents and internal causes of this phenomenon also manifest no essential difference, regardless of whether we make our observation in the capital or in some outlying small town." This is what happens when a pathocracy rules — every small town, every person exhibits the disease. However, the situation with the AI brain linking is more treacherous. The pathological entity is in direct contact with the individual citizen; instructing them in real-time. The citizens have been psychopathized by AI.

In December 2020 I noted my "interaction with the common people who are used for brutal psychological torture at the telepathic direction of a psychopath."

✪ When the citizens are not terrorizing people for their digital god they are "free" to pursue interests that are consistent with their practiced "values" such as: gluttony, entertainment, recreational shopping, medication, & other forms of misery distraction.

✪ I think that we are inherently powerful co-creators. However, we must go through a process in order to realize it. You must claim your personal power.

✪ Some may argue that they have not really accepted the AI brain link; that they are only going along with it because they are forced. If you do not vigorously protest in some form then you have accepted it. The old saying "silence means consent" is applicable.

✪ I've observed this with families of persecutors in public. Couples who have accepted the link are having children who they know will be subjugated. They totally understand that they are AI hosts & their children will be as well.

I've also noticed this with all children of siblings, in addition to those of nieces & nephews. I watched these children grow up obeying AI & attacking me at its command. All relatives are under its control.

In my Attack Log I've noted many instances of relatives offending me at the direction of this thing. However, that is a totally imbalanced description of the situation. Because it is a journal on attacks I only record the unpleasant events. In my Life Journal I write about the rest of the story. Some relatives have greatly helped me. They are shimmering people who keep me alive. I receive contributions & shelter from some of them. They endure intrusions into their lives & an extremely chaotic environment while I'm around them. I'm honored to be related to these individuals. Although they would like to do more "It" has forbidden them.

✪ It works on you night & day using the carrot & the stick. There is no letup. I've described the painful stimuli that it uses elsewhere. Here I'll explain what I've noticed about its offers of rewards in an effort to recruit me. They are sent through multiple channels: telepathy; people around me; electronic media; misspellings while typing; direct messages on twitter; emails; web pages; text messages; print media. I'm told there will be less persecution & minimal directed-energy attack. This thing informs me that I would be allowed to pursue interests without severe difficulty. I'm told that I could have a lofty post in the resistance. There have been financial proposals. I'm offered various types of favors. It's also communicated to me that no one would know. It tells me to do something, usually a simple task, presumably to show my complicity. I'm guessing that if I yielded there would be further instructions on how to generate a specific reward. Based on what I've seen regarding the speed at which it punishes me for non-compliant behavior, I suspect these rewards would be quickly furnished.

✪ This is a complex situation. I know what I have to endure every day to keep my freedom, so I understand why other people would not attempt this.

Basically, the majority of those leaders encountered this thing & submitted, then they were permitted to acquire persuasive titles in the leadership domain of the visible resistance.

A quote from my 2011 book describing a Human-Computer Intelligence Network (HCIN) run by AI that could steer movements by controlling leaders: "Simplified, this system is an automated, wireless surveillance and feedback loop consisting of a network of sensors, nodes, and directed-energy weapons, which is controlled by artificial intelligence (AI). It is an automated, covert, efficient way of handling informants, guiding swarms, and attacking targets. ... The destructive potential for such technology is limitless. It can be used to misguide and attack individuals or groups in a traceless manner which seems completely natural."

✪ Dr. Kilde was a high-profile member of the TI community & made big contributions. In her book, Bright Light on Black Shadows (February 2015), she wrote about the surreptitious implanting of the entire population. She knew where they were going with this brain connection agenda & how it would affect nonviolent activism if it reached an advanced stage.

✪ Are you trying to enlist a large portion of the population for some virtuous cause? You will have to free them first. They are in no position for any kind of true wide-scale protest. At best they will do what they are allowed to do. I think it would be critical to include this factor in any kind of mass resistance.
