The oil spill off the coast of Southern California, that was first reported in early October, looks like another unconventional warfare strike by the international crime network, that uses governments to facilitate & coverup its environmental attacks with toxic industrial materials (TIM) serving as makeshift chemical, biological, nuclear, explosive (CBRNE) agents.
Here's what I've found so far:
- The auto-shutoff system that the facility was equipped with failed. This should have stopped the flow of crude oil into the ocean.
- Amplify Energy Corp, whose top institutional shareholders include Blackrock & Vanguard, ignored the alarm & did not manually shut down the pipeline for several hours.
- In addition to postponing the pipeline shutdown, the company didn't notify the US Coast Guard's National Response Center (NRC) until 6 hours after the alarm went off.
- The Coast Guard dismissed two initial reports of the disaster & took 12 hours to respond.
- The company has a long history of environmental infractions & made a false statement about its response to the spill.
The oil washed up onto beaches, destroying protected marshland & habitats of endangered species. It appears this disaster will cause long-term environmental damage. The stricken zone depends heavily on tourism & recreation for its economy. Recreational & commercial fishing are currently banned & small businesses have been shut down. The local food chain has been partially contaminated. It is anticipated that some affected property will decline in value.
I've determined that these are psychological, cultural, environmental, ecological, biological, & economical attacks, where the offending corporation forms a partnership with the host government to implement & cover up the planned disaster.

An multi-agency criminal investigation, that includes the US Coast Guard, is underway. Amplify Energy Corp is participating in (& possibly leading) some parts of this investigation. The Coast Guard, that dismissed early warnings of the disaster & responded slowly, is allegedly supporting the company's lies.
This looks like another case of crude oil (that is incredibly toxic to all life & the environment) being used as an improvised CBRNE agent & WMD.
